Ozone Generators Are Fast Becoming The Next Big Thing

Ozone generators are devices that are used to generate highly reactive ozone molecules by passing a voltage through a chamber containing oxygen. The ozone gas produced by these machines has many applications, both commercial and private.

Ozone generators are designed to efficiently produce a high ozone concentration, while consuming very little energy. Most models have built-in timers and automatic adjustments for output. Input filters are also standard features to trap dust and particles. Ozone generators are generally very reliable and may also be referred to as air cleaners or ozone purifiers. Ozone generators that are created for home use are compact, portable and lightweight. When used as directed, ozone machines are safe, efficient and have a long life-span.

There are three main types of ozone generators: corona discharge, ultraviolet light and cold plasma generators. Corona discharge is the most affordable and popular type because it can run on regular air and does not require an outside oxygen source. These generators are still the most common in personal and industrial settings. On the other hand, ultraviolet light ozone generators use UV rays to produce ozone, but can only achieve a low concentration. Typically, UV generators are more affordable, but only useful in instances where a smaller, steady source of ozone is required. Cold plasma generators produce much higher concentration of very reactive ozone in a shorter period of time. Because they require pure oxygen to function, the cold plasma type is very expensive and far less common.

Ozone generators have a multitude of applications in a variety of environments. The ozone gas that these machines produce combines with particles in both air and water, rendering them inactive. Consequently, functions include odor and taste elimination, mold and mildew extermination, pollution control, disinfecting and inactivation of harmful bacteria and water purification. Ozone generators are often used in cleanup efforts after environmental disasters because they are effective in reducing smoke odors and controlling mold production after floods.

They are used in farm facilities also, primarily for odor control and as a disinfectant. In food production, ozone generators are used to extend shelf life or remove tastes and color from certain foods. In the medical field, ozone is a powerful disinfectant and also has therapeutic applications, such as the treatment of cancer or slow-healing wounds. In the home environment, ozone purifiers are generally used for cigarette smoke or pet odor-control, removal of mildew in small, damp areas and water or air purification.

The advantages of ozone generators are numerous and include a high-energy yield-to-consumption ratio, ease of installation and use, automatic features and maintenance-free settings and cost-effective operation requirements. Ozone is one of the most powerful purifiers in existence (3000 times stronger than chlorine).

Ozone generation is a safe and effective way to tap into this all-natural resource and put it to use in almost any setting. With all of the recent problems with pollution, it is no wonder that ozone generators are fast becoming the next Big Thing.

Purchasing an Emergency Generator for your home

With literally dozens of companies getting into the new found emergency back-up generator business these days, and all of the different models, fuel types and sizes, how do you go about selecting the right generator for your particular needs? There are basically three types, gasoline, diesel or natural gas / liquid propane fired engine generators. For this article we will not address diesel systems as they are primarily for industrial-commercial use. The first, being mostly of the portable gasoline type everyone purchased years ago after hurricane Andrew hit S. Florida and left residents with out the basic electric required for even the simplest of life's bare necessities. Although inexpensive enough for most home owners to purchase, they were very loud, could not power very many things at once, they required extension cords and an un-ending vigilance with a full gas can in hand. Many of us who experienced the frantic days of hazardous driving around town trying to find a gas station that not only had gas, but power to operate the pumps was enough to conjure up thoughts of what it would be like to be in a war zone after the big blast. Enter now the burgeoning business of back up emergency generators for permanent installations. Let's now explore what it takes to procure a permanently installed emergency generator system. The second but most popular generators for most residential applications, is the liquid propane or natural gas fired generators. They are usually set and secured on a concrete slab very similar to an air conditioning unit on the side of the house, and are hard wired into to the main electrical service. The local gas company will be more than happy to install an underground LP tank, or if your neighborhood is on the natural gas grid, they will hook-up your new generator for a reasonable fee. But, with all these new generator installation companies offering their services, how do you find the most qualified and knowledgeable company to perform the entire job?

It seems everyone is an emergency generator expert these days. But how many of these companies really have the experience to design, size and even engineer and then install your emergency generator system. How many are even licensed contractors. It normally takes an Engineer or Architect to design and come up with drawings for permitting, an Electrical contractor to wire the system, a General contractor for the building or slab, a Pollutant Storage contractor / Gas co. for LP/NG for the fuel system and a Mechanical HVAC contractor for the air transition duct work.

When selecting a firm for your new system, have them come out to your residence to evaluate what size generator you will need to suit your specific power requirements. Don't be afraid to ask for references and to see other jobs they have performed. Make sure they have all the required contracting licenses and expertise to get the job done safely, legally, and to the satisfaction of your local building department code requirements. This is a big investment, normally about the price of a high end vehicle. Beware of the to good to be true prices being offered by fly by night companies, the old adage "you get what you pay for" could not be any truer! Benefits Of A SEO Sitemap Generator

Sitemap generator programs can be downloaded from various sources on the Internet. Sitemap generator programs have two fundamental purposes. Sitemap generator programs help surfers navigate a site effectively. At the same time, a sitemap generator program encourages search engine spiders. Google offers one of the most popular sitemap generator programs ever to hit the Internet.

The sitemap generator of google makes it possible for a website to get listed and get updated by the google search engine. Setting up the sitemap generator helps speed up the addition of the web pages of a site to the google listing. The sitemap generator also makes it easier for a site to get noticed by online surfers. In addition, any changes made to a website that has a sitemap generator is immediately picked up by google. The sitemap generator also helps keep online information fresh and up-to-date for users.

Visibility is key to sitemap generator

Visibility is a major concern when using a sitemap generator. A website that is completely indexed has better chances of getting top search engine placement in page results. Many of the popular browsers used by searchers and that support java recognize sitemap generator programs. These include firefox and Internet explorer.

An online consumer that searches for a specific content on the web can immediately be directed to any one of the web pages of a particular site. The sitemap generator makes it easier for a search engine to provide accurate results from web pages they are familiar with.

Who can benefit from a sitemap generator?

A sitemap generator is highly recommended for websites that often do repeated modification of their web pages. A sitemap generator can be used for websites of any size, regardless of the number of web pages a site may contain.

Although using a sitemap generator is not a guarantee of increased site rankings, it does however provide a website a better opportunity of getting listed on a search engine.

Working with a sitemap generator

Most of the available sitemap generator programs available on the web make use of extensible markup language or XML. Similar to hypertext markup language or HTML, XML is used widely in blogs and syndicated feeds on the Internet. Each line of a XML code for a sitemap generator has a specific purpose.

The location or identifies the name of the web page of a website. The line indicates when the web page was last modified. The format for can either be dd.mm.yyyy, dd.mm.yyyy hh:mm, dd/mm/yyyy or dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm. Shortcuts can also be used to simply the assignment of dates to the cell.

advises the search engine of a specific time frame when the web page is regularly updated. This can either be done on an hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or yearly basis. For web pages that are not updated, the value 'never' is used. indicates the level of priority that a search engine should give a particular web page of a website. These levels range from 0.0 for least priority to 1.0 for high priority.

Creating a dynamic sitemap generator

Creating a dynamic sitemap generator is useful for websites containing various web pages. The google search engine makes it easy for users to adapt their google sitemap with the help of a python script.

The python script generates a sitemap using sitemap protocol. This creates a sitemap from either access logs, URL lists or from web server directories.

Tips for using a sitemap generator from google

As one of more popular search engines offering a sitemap generator for websites on the Internet, google offers a few tips for its loyal users. Using the google sitemap url encoder/decoder is helpful for submitting sitemaps to google. For websites that have numerous web pages, creating a sitemap can be a tremendous task. For this situation it is best to click on the column title in order to make it easier for a URL list to get sorted.

The google sitemap generator allows users to save their settings after creating a sitemap. Users can use these saved settings as a guideline for succeeding sitemap generator updates. The sitemap generator also recognizes the use of robots.txt files.

Using a sitemap generator is a positive move in getting top ranking on the Internet's top search engines as well as high visibility among online users.

Generators

Generators are used for the generation of electric power. There are basically two types of generators: standby generators and portable generators. Generators ensure that most of the essential appliances can be run whenever there is a power outage. Standby generators provide backup power in homes and offices and are permanently installed outside the house or office building. They are plugged into the electric circuits or home wiring. Standby generators can automatically detect disruption in the usual electric supply and begin supplying power within a few seconds. Portable generators are usually used in places where there is no supply of power or the need for power is less such as on construction sites camps. These generators are sufficient for lighting and to run appliances like televisions, refrigerators, sump pumps and furnaces.

Generators are available in varying size and output power. The choice of buying the right type of generator depends upon a number of factors such as the wattage capacity, voltage ratings, fuel type, fuel efficiency, noise level, portability and price.

Generators for home use most often run on fuels such as gasoline, diesel, natural gas or propane. Each has its own advantages and disadvantages. Gasoline is inexpensive and easily available. Gasoline generators gives the most power per weight unit but require frequent maintenance. It is also noisy, emits harmful carbon monoxide and the engine wears faster than diesel, propane or natural gas generators.

Diesel is easy to acquire but is comparatively more expensive. Diesel generators require less maintenance and are fuel-efficient. Its disadvantage is that it is noisier, emits more smoke and smells, and harder to start in cold weather.

Propane is expensive and is feasible for homeowners who already have a storage tank to store propane. Propane generators require less maintenance, has no condensation and no problem starting up in cold weather like the gasoline generators. However, propane gas or natural gas generators consume more fuel per kilowatt of power produced than diesel generators. Natural gas generators are the most convenient to use as there is continuous supply of fuel. They can be connected to home gas lines.

A generator should always be used according to the guidelines provided by the manufacturer. Care should be taken to see that the generator is not overloaded. A heavy-duty extension cord must be used to connect appliances to the generator. A qualified electrician must be called in to install a transfer switch to plug the generator to the home wiring system. Refueling the generator when in operation should be avoided. Spilling of fuel on the heated components may cause fire.

Smaller generators can meet most of the basic power needs of a homeowner. Buying a larger generator will consume more fuel to power the same appliances that a smaller generator could. A 5-kilowatt portable generator can power main lights, televisions, sump pumps and refrigerators. Generators of higher wattage capacity are also available according to the needs of the individual house owner. Commercial establishments may need standby generators having an output capacity of more than 200 KW and supplying three-phase power, that is, 120, 240, 480 volts.

It is always wise to invest in good quality generators. All brands and models of generators are listed on the -- a very convenient way to find the best deal.

All About Portable Generators For Hurricane Preparation

Portable generators are not the most inexpensive item to get in preparation for a hurricane, but it could be the best one. Every year there has been an increase in the amount of hurricanes in the Atlantic Ocean. This has led to more people suffering from the destruction that the hurricanes leave in their path. Many people completely lose their homes, and many others are with out power for months at a time. There is no way to know it you will ever use a power generator. However, with the increasing chance that you may need one, it makes a generator seem like a better option each year. As storms affect more people each year, there are very many options to suit any need. A small generator will run you about $400 to start. The key thing to keep in mind is to treat a hurricane aftermath much like you will be camping. Maybe you can run the refrigerator and a couple small appliances, but it will not be as good as city power. A generator that will completely run a house starts at around $4,000 before installation. If you would like to have your house functional, it is a great option. Hurricane season is during the summer and fall seasons and mainly affects the South Eastern United States. That means affected areas are very hot and no power results in a sticky situation. The larger generators also have diesel engines that do not need to stay dry like a regular gas engine. This ensures that you won't have any complications with flooding or rain keeping them from running. When you decide what your power needs are, it is important to get a generator ahead of time because they sell out quick when a storm is coming. There are also people who will buy up the stock of them in a store and charge double because they know some people will pay it. Review of Directory Generator by Armand Morin

Directory Generator is a software product that can generate hundreds of keyword-targeted web pages. The purpose is to help you get targeted traffic to your website so you can make more sales or earn commissions.

I was one of the earliest users of Directory Generator before it launched publicly August 26, 2004, so I?ve had a little head start in testing it.

Let me give you a little background info first: In late 2003, new traffic generating software appeared called Traffic Equalizer. I have to admit I knew nothing about it until recently. My guess as to why is that it is talked about mostly among big marketers, and probably mostly at seminars.

It?s just like Armand Morin to ride the traffic software wave and even try to make a better surfboard. And that?s what Directory Generator is.

It is supposed to be equivalent to software such as Ranking Power, Traffic Equalizer, and Traffic Hurricane, which allows you to get targeted traffic by generating pages that get high search engine rankings. The difference is, like most of what Armand does, the results are classier and more professional looking.

Of the previously mentioned programs, Traffic Hurricane is the only one that is free. Why pay for this other software if you can get it free? Because your Traffic Hurricane pages will have someone else?s Google AdSense ads on your pages, earning them money off your traffic. Now that I have Directory Generator, I don?t need someone else earning money from my traffic unless they?re going to pay me part of it. Selfish, aren?t I? One other thing: I?m surprised no one noticed this but Google doesn?t allow Adsense code to be placed on pages not owned by you, so the way this is set up might get someone into trouble.

I know what you?re thinking?Yeah, that?s nice but can Directory Generator really generate targeted traffic? Absolutely! The first website I created with Directory Generator is steadily earning Google AdWords income every single day without me doing a thing. It took 30 days for traffic and commissions to really start kicking in. I don?t want this to sound like hype but this is the easiest money I?ve made so far. Nevertheless the second website I made isn?t doing squat. But that just tells me: There?s no such thing as a sure thing. The domain name you choose and keywords you target can make a difference. But the second website also hasn?t been up as long, so we?ll see what happens?

Am I going to get rich off the money it?s generating? No, nor could someone quit their job with it, but at the rate it?s working I would earn the $250 price back fairly quickly. My goal was to first earn the domain fee back and I did. The site is listed in Google, but gets no traffic from there. Most of the traffic comes from other search engines. If it had multiple pages spidered by Google, look out!

I?ve heard through the grapevine of multiple people earning 4-figure monthly incomes from sites created with traffic-generating software. And I?ve heard of one person earning a six-figure income. For now, this test tells me that this software really does work.

Here?s a little secret: No one who uses traffic generating software will tell you their website URL. That?s because they don?t want people ripping off their profitable website. So you have to buy the software to see the sites it produces. At $250 a pop, that?s an expensive trial.

What do you do with the traffic it generates?

1. You earn Google Adsense commissions (this feature is built into the software).

2. You can add SearchFeed (you can?t add both. Google doesn?t allow it).

3. You can add a Linkshare ad to earn additional commissions.

4. The newest version lets you earn Amazon commissions.

BENEFITS: Easily generate 100s of keyword targeted pages for a niche directory.

Disadvantage: You still have to choose your keywords which will be your site theme. You have to know how to FTP the pages to your web host. Unlike Traffic Equalizer, the program won?t do it for you.

CONCLUSION: Highly recommended. Thank goodness Armand didn?t price this software too cheaply. If you only try one traffic-generating software program, I recommend Directory Generator.

Top 8 Stress Generators at Work Places

How to motivate and inspire employees to do great things? How to keep them happy and get the most out of them? These are the basic questions that run in the minds of most employers. But in their frenzy to motivate and inspire employees they do a grave mistake and loose most valuable ones to their competitors. Discussed below are a few of these mistakes that can increase stress among employees:

1.) Motivating Using Awards

The award system is out. It's really stupid and can create a biased atmosphere in the office. In addition not everyone likes to get awards in front of their colleagues, being aware of the fact that this might actually create a kind of separation between him and others. Awarding one always means that you are being biased towards others. So never award employees for their performance. Instead, sending mails of appreciation, encouraging them in person is a better idea. Anything monetary is not recommended.

2.) Celebrating Birthdays

Well, not for all, but most men don't like to be the center of attraction for the entire day. The very thought of this happening can make them go dull at work for the whole month during which his birthday is about to arrive. In addition birthdays are personal affairs and not many like it made public. If the rules of the office makes it compulsory to celebrate birthdays, most employees are likely to get insecure. Birthdays are personal affairs and employers should never force them on their employees.

3.) Forced Partying

Not everyone likes to party. But not many will complain if there are no parties organized from the side of their office. People can always party with their friends and relatives if they are party oriented. Organizing parties in the office is a real bad idea and can create fear psychosis among many who don't like such atmospheres. Unfortunately in most cases people who deter parties are the ones who work the best.

4.) Unnecessary Meetings

Meetings are required, but unnecessary meetings which are held just for the sake of it are bad. Such meetings are a waste of time and can create a kind of atmosphere in the office where employees spend more time thinking about what to speak and what issues to take up in the meeting rather than concentrate on their jobs.

5.) Presentations and Seminars

Unless really required, asking employees to take presentations and seminars is a real bad idea. Almost 80% of human beings don't like to take seminars and being forced to do so will only give them more reason to change jobs.

6.) Getting too personal

Don't get too personal to employees and never try to create a kind of home away from home atmosphere in the office. There cannot be one big happy family in case of an office. The office is a professional place where people come to work cause they want to earn a decent living. Most employees do not consider the office anymore than a workplace and don't want to consider it anything more than that. So encouraging employees to get too personal towards each other through interactions/partying/outings/team games etc. is really not a good idea.

7.) Internal and External Trainings

Unnecessary trainings especially those that are not work related are definitely a big no. No one (except for certain girls may be) like these kinds of trainings. Trainings related to team building, leadership, time management, public speaking, interaction etc. are stupid and should never be encouraged. One thing that management of any company should understand is that not everyone is same and not everyone can be trained to change their character. The management should learn to accept employees as they are instead of imposing things on them. If the job demands these qualities, the employees should have been selected in the right way (Some extroverted girls and boys will do). You cannot generate sugar, spice and everything nice in a single employee.

8.) Dress Codes

Having a formal dress code for some days and casual for others is not recommended in the least. This actually plays games with the mentalities of employees in a major way. It's better to select between the either of them and stick to it.

If you are one of the lucky employers who has read this article, make sure to stop any of these activities immediately if you are doing them already.

To Create a Perpetual Traffic Generator

 by: Michael Southon

What runs through your mind when you hear that ezine articles will bring you masses of fr^e traffic, get you higher listings in the search engines, and raise your profile on the web?

For many people, their reaction is this: "But I'm not an expert - how can I write an article?"

Well, you don't have to be an expert and you don't even have to write the article - at least not much of it.

Interviewing internet experts is one of the easiest ways of coming up with new articles - all you do is ask the questions!

Here are some tips on how to interview internet experts:

  1. Ask them to introduce themselves to your readers - how did they get started in eCommerce? What products or services do they market and what are their domain names?

  2. What is their main promotion technique? Why does it work so well?

  3. Did they have a mentor? How important was their mentor in getting where they are today?

  4. What is the biggest mistake they made in their online career?

  5. What projects are they working on right now?

  6. What is the one program or software they couldn't do without?

  7. What single piece of advice would they give to someone starting out in online business?

Once you get their answers, you'll immediately come up with half-a-dozen follow-on questions. Write back to them with your extra questions. You'll quickly have more material than you can fit in your article.

To make your article flow properly, use chatty phrases like: "that's interesting, Joe..." or "that's a really good tip, Mary". Give the reader the feeling that you were having a real conversation.

The amazing thing about this technique is you'll never run out of new articles - there are enough experts on the web to keep you going for years to come.

Which is why I call this system The Perpetual Traffic Generator.

Michael Southon has been writing for the Internet for over 3 years. He has shown hundreds of webmasters how to use this simple technique to get massive free publicity and dramatically increase traffic and sales. For more information visit: http://www.ezine-writer.com/
